HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED?

If you would like to cancel, Update or change your order, Kindly contact us immediately via email info@craftreat.com, after you place your order. We will do our best to process your request.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER? 

Craftreat orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days and take 7-10 days Maximum to Delivery from the date of the dispatch. We’ll do our best to meet these shipping estimates. Our preferred method of shipment is via FedEx, DHL and these shipments are processed on Week days {Monday-Saturday}.

 

WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO WE ACCEPT?

You can Make your Payments via Bank Wire, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal, or Payoneer, and all the payment methods are processed securely.

WHAT IS GENERAL ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY?

In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been "processed" by us, the order cannot be canceled. We have Complete rights to decide whether to Cancel or not.

 

HOW CANCELLATION OF ORDER BY CRAFTREAT WORKS?

i)CrafTreat reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed due to Incorrect price or any other reason. Even if your order has been confirmed and payment been received. The Payment Shall be Refunded and Customer will be Informed the same.


ii)If the Non delivery or Late delivery Occurs Due to mistake by customer end {Incomplete or Wrong Address, Customer not available or any related reason} Re attempt charges will be claimed from the customer.

 

WHAT IS CRAFTREAT REFUND POLICY?

i)If the order is confirmed by us and order is not able to ship the product on time, then we give refunds to the customer, if customer demands


ii)100% refund will be given if the product is not available or if we are not able to ship the products


iii)If you want product replacement and is not available, we will try to give you the best possible alternatives, but end choice of customer will be final.


iv) Refund will be 90% of Order Cost, in case of customer don't want suitable and available replacement of product.
